City Administrator
The City Administrator supervises and coordinates all administrative departments and services of the city and is responsible for the proper and efficient discharge of the duties of city administration offices and employees. He provides guidance and direction to department heads in the implementation of all city ordinances and administrative policies. He prepares the annual budget of the governing body and exercises general supervision and control over all city purchases and expenditures in accordance with the budget and such policies as may be established by the governing body.
City Clerk
The City Clerk is the custodian of all city records and is responsible for the recording of all proceedings of regular and special meetings of the governing body. She publishes all ordinances, resolutions, and notices as may be required by law or ordinance.
